2. Services Provided
Jigsphere Cloud provides custom web development, POS systems, dashboards, web applications, and e-commerce solutions. All projects are subject to specific statements of work (SOW) or service agreements mutually agreed upon before project commencement.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for our services, all custom code, designs, and assets created specifically for your project will become your intellectual property. Jigsphere Cloud retains the rights to pre-existing code libraries, open-source tools, and generic frameworks used during development.
4. Payments & Billing
Payment terms will be outlined in your specific project contract. We generally require an upfront deposit before work begins, with subsequent milestones tied to project deliverables.
5. Limitation of Liability
Jigsphere Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
